Hello, my name is Burcu.
After many years of working as a chef and restaurant owner in Turkey, I brought my passion for authentic homemade food to the United Kingdom. Since 2021, B&Dreams Bakery has been providing freshly prepared Turkish and international dishes for cafés, restaurants, private events, and special occasions.
As a reflection of our commitment to quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction, we are proud to have been awarded the Food Hygiene Rating 5 for the third consecutive inspection.
Our menu includes handmade cheesecakes, baklava, pancakes, cupcakes, celebration cakes, handmade börek, traditional gözleme, lahmacun, vegetarian çiğ köfte, stuffed vine leaves, Turkish meze, and many more homemade specialties.
We also supply wholesale products to cafés and restaurants and create bespoke menus and made-to-order dishes tailored to our customers’ needs.
I also offer a Mobile Chef service. Whether in your café or restaurant kitchen or the comfort of your own home, I can prepare your meals, pancakes, desserts, and menu specialties using the ingredients you provide. My goal is to help you offer your guests fresh, high-quality, and memorable food with the support of a professional chef.
